This week’s theme reminded me of one of my favorite pictures taken on January 19, 2012.
There are some factors that show contrast in this fun photo, captured during our class break. Shine is one of my Korean students whom I shared laughter and tears with. A remarkable friendship in spite of some contrasts.
I’m curly, she has straight hair.
I don’t wear braces, she does.
I have light brown complexion, she has white complexion.
